About Tulku Drakpa Gyaltsen

Tulku Drakpa Gyaltsen was a contemporary of His Holiness the 5th Dalai Lama and an outstanding student of His Holiness the 4th Panchen Lama. His reputation as a great teacher drew students from all walks of life and from far and wide, and he rose to a position of great respect and acclaim. His life and previous incarnations were nothing short of extraordinary but his most memorable and greatest deed was arising as the World Peace Protector Dorje Shugden to protect Lama Tsongkhapa’s precious teachings for the benefit of future generations.
