Every month, animals are rescued from markets and shops and released in suitable locations in the countryside. Prior to release, prayers are conducted by Kechara's sangha and pastors to bless the animals with causes for a better future rebirth.

Animal liberation benefits not only the animals but also anyone who contribute towards this meritorious activity. Apart from healing, longevity and purification of negative actions, it is also an opportunity to engage in an act of giving without agenda which helps us develop a mind of loving-kindness and compassion.
