A set of traditional Tibetan ritual cymbals or tingsha used during Buddhist prayer ceremonies such as the 100 Torma Offering Ritual. Made from alloy, they produce a clear, long-lasting and high-pitched sound when struck.

Tingsha can also be used as a focal object for concentration meditation, for sound healing and for space clearing. Some believe that it is beneficial to clear the home of residual negative energies with these ritual cymbals especially after illness or death.

These cymbals can also be used to represent the offering of music as part of the Eight Sensory Offerings.
