A traditional wooden mask of Dorje Shugden, who brings swift assistance, powerful protection and fulfils wishes. Hand-carved from camphor wood, it is inspired by an antique cham dance mask from H.E. Tsem Rinpoche's personal collection.
Protector masks are traditionally hung in protector chapels to signify the presence of the Protectors. However, in modern times, these masks can be hung on the wall or mounted on a stand near one's personal protector altar as an object of reverence and worship. It can also be hung over the entrances of homes or businesses for protection and blessings, or displayed as part of a Himalayan art collection.
