A permanent representation of the traditional Gelugpa food torma (ritual cake) which is part of the wrathful sensory offerings. Known as dragpo zhelzey in Tibetan, the body of each torma is handmade by monks from a blend of medicinal herbs and hand-painted in traditional colours.
