Collect oceans of merits and create a strong connection with Tantric Buddha Vajrayogini with a powerfully blessed 100,000 light offering retreat. This preliminary practice is one of the traditional prerequisites to enter the tantric path. However, few of us have the time or ability to complete or even begin this essential practice.

The 100,000 Vajrayogini Light Offering Retreat Service is an initiative by Tsem Ladrang to help busy spiritual seekers fulfil their spiritual aspirations. Daily light offerings will be performed on your behalf in Kechara Forest Retreat and merits dedicated according to your wishes.

You can also sponsor this retreat for your loved ones to help them collect merits for better future lives.

How It Works

  • One light offering will be made daily on your behalf.
  • To increase the number of lights offered daily, increase the quantity to your desired daily amount.
  • The retreat cycle begins on the first of every month.
  • Orders placed on or before the 25th of each month will be fulfilled during the upcoming retreat cycle.
  • Orders placed after the 25th will be fulfilled one retreat cycle later.
  • If you wish to engage in the offering of lights as a preliminary practice or traditional Buddhist retreat, you must not break the retreat cycle until your desired target (traditionally 100,000) is achieved.
  • We will send you an email towards the end of your retreat duration with a summary of your total light offerings to date, and to remind you to renew your retreat if you wish.

Requesting a Service

  1. Set a positive intention before requesting the offering service. The purer your intention, the greater the merit generated.
  2. Select your desired offering quantity, size and style (where applicable).
  3. In the “Sponsor” section: Provide the name of the sponsor (benefactor).
  4. In the “Dedication” section: Provide the name of the person/entity the offering is dedicated to. You can include a specific wish or request. Our sangha/pastors will dedicate the merits according to your wishes.
  5. After submitting your offering service request, rejoice and dedicate the merits.
  6. We will inform you by email once your offering has been fulfilled.

About Vajrayogini

A representation of complete Buddhahood in female form, Vajrayogini embodies the qualities of the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times. Her tantra is the most supreme among all the Highest Yoga Tantras. As our lives today are ruled by extreme lust, greed, anger and hatred, she uses these very forces to attract us and then transforms them into liberating energies.

Vajrayogini is particularly suitable for the people of our time because her practice helps to purify and transform desire, which is the current and most pervasive energy within samsara. In fact, she manifested specifically to pacify our self-created inner obstacles that are provoked by the outer environment we live in.
