About High Lama Rilbus

The precious rilbus of attained masters are highly sought after for their rarity and potency. Carrying the blessings of the lineage lamas, they contain the relics, hair, robes, possessions of the Lama, or resources of the holy places associated with the Lama, and are made according to scriptural tradition.

About Domo Geshe Rinpoche

His Eminence Domo Geshe Rinpoche was known for his incredible deeds, impeccable behaviour and tremendous guru devotion. A great scholar and ritual master, he was often regarded as an emanation of Lama Tsongkhapa. His deeds include:

• Risking his life to gather precious holy items, rare texts and Buddhist artworks, and smuggle them out of Tibet.
• Preserving Tibetan Buddhism and re-establishing it strongly in the Himalayan foothills.
• Rebuilding monasteries in India such as Tashi Lhunpo.
• Strongly supporting education efforts, and encouraging children to be sent to good schools and colleges
• Finding the incarnation of His Holiness Kyabje Pabongka Rinpoche.
• Training and installing the famous and respected Dorje Shugden oracle at Dungkar Monastery.
• Subduing the worldly protector Namkar Barzin and placing him in Dorje Shugden’s entourage.

Domo Geshe Rinpoche was a simple monk till the end, yet his name spread far and wide. His extraordinary knowledge, healing abilities, kindness and his genuine concern for all living beings are all traits associated with Buddha Shakyamuni and Lama Tsongkhapa, and his compassionate activities benefited many across the Himalayan region.
