Sponsoring the printing of Dharma books has been a mainstay of Buddhist practice for millennia. When you support the Dharma Publishing Fund, you are also helping others on their spiritual journeys through a truly unique presentation of the Buddha's teachings. Donations will be used for:

Preservation and compilation of teachings for the Tsem Rinpoche Wisdom Treasury.
Writing and composition of original content in English and Chinese.
Translation from English into multiple languages including Chinese, Tibetan, Nepali, Tamil and Hindi.
Translation of classic Tibetan texts into English and Chinese.
Illustration, graphic design and layout.
Printing and production.
Development of textbooks for Kechara's education programs.

Making a Donation

Set a positive intention before making a donation. The purer your intention, the greater the merit generated.
Select your desired amount and style of sponsorship (where applicable).
In the “Sponsor” section: Provide the name of the sponsor (benefactor).
In the “Dedication” section: Provide the name of the person/entity the sponsorship is dedicated to. You can include a specific wish or request. This will be read during the dedication of merits.
After making the donation, rejoice and dedicate the merits you have generated.

That's why it's said that those who teach the Dharma are practising the highest form of giving. If the perfect Buddha never spoke, there would be no path, no antidote, no method, no end and no recognition of the need to escape. Hence, teaching is the method to give the most supreme of refuges which is the Dharma.

However, not all of us are able to teach the Dharma directly. Therefore, the next best alternative is to support those who can, as well as the publication of Dharma texts and other printed materials.

We are heavily reliant on sponsorship and donations, which have dropped precipitously due to uncertainties caused by the pandemic and resulting economic downturn.
